Important Special Announcement

Feb. 13, 2013

In the next month we will be making some big changes at White Swan Rubber Stamps. Our lease here is up on March 31st, will not be renewed and we will not be relocating in another retail space. After 16 years of having the storefront, it's time for a change.

Beginning the week of February 18th, we will be open Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11am to 4pm.
As it gets closer to the end of our lease, we will very likely be cutting our hours/days back even more to allow time to pack up. We will probably be closing the storefront around the week of March 18th.
Watch this website, and our Facebook page as well as these emails for up-to-date information. To find our Facebook page, just enter White Swan Rubber Stamps in the search box at the top of any Facebook page and then please "like" us or bookmark the page.
You can continue to order from us by phone or email--we will continue to do special orders through the transition and will fill the ones already in place.
If you have a Gift Certificate, we definitely will honor it either before we close the storefront or afterwards. You can wait and use it in our online store if you wish. Please email by clicking on the "Contact Us" button at the left.

We will be setting up a real online store!
When we moved here 3 years ago, our plan was to open an online store as soon as we got the storefront going. It would have been nice to be able to do storefront and online, but soon realized that it would be too difficult to do both as well as we would want. The limitations of being only one person...
Many, many of you that used to come into our Delaware store have continued to order from us by just phoning or emailing, and we greatly appreciate your purchases; our new online store will make it a lot easier for you to order and we should be able to offer far more than we could ever fit into the storefront.
I want to reassure you that we'll continue to be a source of information, ideas, and products. Watch our website for updates and in the meantime, come in and shop!
I will be using our blog, Winging it with White Swan (not ready yet), to tell you about my new wild ideas, new products, tips and resources--and lots of pictures of what I'm working on. I'll try to make it as close as possible to what it was like to come into the store.
Our computer system still contains the records of all of your purchases and I really never forget a customer. I love to hear from you and you can email us by using the "Contact Us" button at the left.
